How to Clean Stained Dentures

This is an article about how to clean stained dentures... my mom's way.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Bleach, Efferdent, or something similar you can soak your dentures in
• Cup or small container

1. Get your cup or container out and fill with product of choice. My mom uses Chlorox bleach mixed with warm water (1/4 cup bleach and 1 cup water). If using Efferdent or something similar, follow package directions.

2. Place dentures in mixture and allow to soak overnight.

3. In the morning, remove dentures from cup and brush/rinse well. If you use bleach, be sure to rinse dentures extremely well. This should remove any stains from your dentures... my mother swears by it.

Tips & Warnings

• If using bleach, rinse dentures extremely well.
• If you think you've rinsed enough, rinse one more time, just to be sure.
