I no longer buy bottled blue cheese dressing. This recipe is so simple and so delicious. It can be used not only as a dressing, but also as a dip or even sauce.
1/2 Cup Mayonaise (Plain Mayo; NOT dressing such as Miracle Whip)
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt (you may use low fat if you like)
1/4 Cup Fresh Blue Cheese, crumbled
1 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
Dash of Pepper- I prefer white pepper, but black may also be used

Mix Mayonnaise and Yogurt thoroughly

Add Lemon Juice and Pepper

Gently Stir in Blue Cheese.

Chill

You can 'play' with this recipe a bit. You can add more cheese if you like it chunky, and more lemon juice if you like it thinner. Taste as you go along.
Use as salad dressing, dip with crackers or other veggies
May also be heated and poured over any meat or vegetable
