I learned somethings about losing weight which we all have a hard time doing. so I want to tell you what I've learned. before you have dinner eat one piece of whole wheat bread with olive oil on it, you know how we grave cake, chips, cookies, Dont buy them but like those who have kids and yes they like there snacks get health snacks in your home. when you are eatting I've learned to chew your food 22 times put less in your plate to also when you feel full stop eatting. Take it home if you are out to eat if you like. so I hope all this I told you helps you lose the weight that you want
