Everything you need for a Rum and Coke.

Very easy steps on how to make a rum and coke.

Instructions

Step 1

Glass with a ice.

Take out a glass. If you'd like ice in your drink, put some ice in the glass.
Step 2

Measuring out the rum

Take your rum bottle and pour 1 shot glass worth in the glass.
Step 3

One shot or rum

For exact measurements, use a shot glass to measure.
Step 4

One shot of rum

Once you have the hang of it you can pour the rum into the glass and eye up the measurement.
Step 5

Adding Coke

Open a can of coke and pour it into the glass.
Step 6

All done!

When you pour it in the glass, the coke will mix up with the rum. You can stir it up to get a more even flavor. But if you like it to have a strong finish, don't stir it when you pour the coke in.

Tips & Warnings

Find a rum that you like best.
Different brands of rum can be stronger, weaker, or smoother than other brands.
Then experiment with the amount of rum/coke in your drink, maybe do a double shot, or half a shot. Start with 1 shot and work from there to find your preference.
Be responsible. Drink in moderation.
Don't drink and drive.
Avoid Butter-Rum, it doesn't mix as well with coke as other rums (ie: spided rum, dark rum, etc).
