Instructions

  1. Basic Personalized Memo Pad

    • 1

Determine how big of a memo pad you wish to create, and cut your color or design choice printer, construction or scrapbooking paper to those dimensions with a paper cutter, scissors or paper edgers.

    • 2

Stamp each page with your personalized stamp(s). Personalized address stamps can be purchased at any office supply store or you can make more complex stamps using a "make-your-own" stamping kit.

    • 3

Stack and clip together your pages with a large black binder clip. You now have a personalized memo pad. Skip this method if you want to hang your memo pad using a hole through the top of the pad.

    • 4

Hole punch your personalized pages, stack the pages together and bind with ribbon, yarn or wire by wrapping your material through the hole and around the top of the pages at least four times. Cut approximately 1 1/2 inches of the material as a leftover amount. Tie the leftover amount into a knot and hang.

    • 5

Decorate the memo pad by gluing craft accessories, such as seashells or ribbon, to the top of the first page.

    Personalized Memo Pad and Holder

    • 6

Cut your color or designer paper with a paper cutter, scissors or paper edgers to the dimensions of your craft box.

    • 7

Stamp the pages with a stamp(s), pre-print labels with a label making computer software program or leave blank. Stack the paper and set aside.

    • 8

Decorate the outside of your box with craft accessories such as ribbon, shells, stickers, wooden shapes, charms or medals.

    • 9

Place your new memo pad inside your new personalized memo pad holder.
