How to create paw prints with your hand and paint! (Kid art project)

If you are a teacher or just love doing art projects with kids, this article will show you how to make a paw print with one hand and paint onto paper. Great for Pet week!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Brown or black Tempura paint.
• Contruction paper (preferrably white)
• One hand

1. Have the children dip their palm and 3 fingers into the paint. (pointer, middle and ring fingers)

2. You made need to make the paint on their palm appear rounded, using a paintbrush will smooth it out.

3. Have the children stamp their paint colored hand onto the paper and do it several times all over the paper. They may need to dip their palm and fingers a few times or the prints will appear faded.

4. Allow to dry! You now have cute animal paw prints all over the construction paper.
