Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Step1
Scout out an appropriate ditch. You'll need a fair amount of slope on both sides. The ditch doesn't need to be very deep, but you'll need the slope to continue your run.
Step2
Walk the ditch and remove twigs, rocks or any other debris that could prevent your wheels from rolling forward. If you're filming your ditch skateboarding adventure, sweep and possibly hose down the ditch so it performs well.
Step3
Plan the end of your run based on how the ditch ends. Consider skateboarding tricks like stalling to ride the board up and out of the ditch, catching it in your hand as you walk away.
Step4
Start your ride at the the top of the ditch. Ride down one side and stay low on the board to maintain your balance and momentum on the slopes. This is particularly helpful if the sides of the ditch are short.
Step5
Use the sides of the ditch as you would skateboard ramps and perform your skateboard tricks, including nose holds, 180s or 360s if you can.
