Using glass, plastics and certain other manufactured items, folks have gotten creative when building bongs and other types of smoking devices. The waterfall bong is just one of many inventive ways to enhance your smoking experience, and it comes in handy when pipes are not in reach.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Plastic bottle with lid
  • Tin foil
  • Pin
  • Water
  • Pen
  • Knife
Step1
Rinse out your plastic bottle. Punch a hole in the bottom of the bottle with a pen. The hole should be the same diameter as the pen. This is where the water will spill out from the bong.
Step2
Cut a circle into the lid of your soon-to-be bong. The hole should be just a bit smaller than the bottom of the lid.
Step3
Pop holes in a small piece of foil with the pin. The foil should fit snugly into the hole of the lid with a small dip in the center, like a pipe. The dip is the bowl where you will place your smoking substance.
Step4
Cover the hole at the bottom of the bottle with your finger, then fill the bottle with water. Screw the lid back onto the bottle and fill the bowl tightly. Light the bowl.
Step5
Release your finger on the bottom of the bottle letting the water inside flow gently out. As the water flows out the smoke will seep into the bottle.
Step6
Remove the lid carefully as it will be hot. Inhale the smoke through the top of the bottle.

Tips & Warnings

  • Place a thick rubber band around the lid before you light the bowl. This makes it easier to remove the lid after the bottle fills with smoke.
