1
Make a chain out of three thick rubber bands. Tie the rubber bands together with knots, or connect them by looping them through each other and pulling them tight.
-
2
Slide one end of the rubber band chain into a large paper clip. Clip the paper clip onto one end of a wooden ruler.
-
-
3
Clip a second paper clip onto the other end of the rubber band loops. Clip it so that the hinged part of the clip is in the center of the rubber band loop. Leave the little metal handles extended.
-
4
Continue by clipping a third clip onto the other end of the ruler. Fold the handles back.
-
5
Pull the second clip back towards the third clip. Open the third clip, and clamp down the metal handles from the second clip, under the third clip.
-
6
Put some ammunition on the slingshot. Use small metal paper clips, thumb tacks, pencil erasers or other small items. Place the ammunition on the inside of the second clip.
-
7
Aim the ammunition at your target. Squeeze the handles of the third mauly clip together to release the ammunition. Never aim your slingshot at anyone's face, especially when using thumb tacks.
