How to Get Good at Renaissance Kingdoms

Renaissance Kingdoms is a highly complex online multi-player game that can give you hours of endless entertainment. Still, given how complex it is, it can be hard to know how to get started and harder still to get good at the game. If you want to become Lord of your Duchy then check out these steps for improving your skills at Renaissance Kingdoms.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

1. Work at the parish to get your reputation up to 5, which is the minimum needed to pass level 0. You can also get trust points from other players you meet in the taverns or on the forums, but only up to a maximum of 3.
2. Check the AAP, the Renaissance Kingdoms news service, for updates on important developments within the game.
3. Read the forums. There are many player-written guides to virtually every aspect of the game. You can also ask questions or discuss political and economic issues in the game itself.
4. Join guilds and other organizations. This can give you useful allies in your town and county.
5. Coordinate with other players in your town so as to use the town's resources most efficiently. Cooperation is important in Renaissance Kingdoms.
6. Don't violate your town's rules against slavery and profiteering, otherwise you may be charged in the Duchy court.
7. Look for job offers at the town hall. These can be quite well paying, but you will need a Level 1 or higher to have the skills needed for them.
