Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Fudge brownie mix
  • Vegetable oil
  • Eggs
  • Water
  • Milk
  • Instant chocolate pudding mix
  • Frozen whipped topping
  • Crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  1. Step 1

Preheat the oven and combine the fudge brownie mix with water, oil and eggs, according to the directions on the package.

  2. Step 2

Oil a 9 by 13-inch baking pan and spread the chocolate fudge brownie batter in the pan. Bake it according to the directions and allow it to cool on a wire rack while you prepare the pudding.

  3. Step 3

Combine the instant chocolate pudding mix and milk in a large mixing bowl and whip the combination on medium speed until it's smooth. Set it aside and allow it to thicken.

  4. Step 4

Slice the fudge brownies into squares, approximately 3 inches in diameter, and place them in a large serving bowl. Use the brownies to line the bottom of the bowl.

  5. Step 5

Spread half of the chocolate pudding mixture over the brownies and spread half of the whipped cream over the top of the pudding mixture.

  6. Step 6

Add one more layer of chocolate and whipped topping, sprinkle a few crumbled sandwich cookies over the top and serve.

Tips & Warnings
  • Turn the chocolate dessert into a chocolate mint dessert. Add a few drops of peppermint extract to the pudding mixture and use mint-flavored chocolate sandwich cookies.
