How to Make a CD That Autoplays a Slideshow on a DVD Player

Making a CD of your favorite pictures to display as a slideshow on your DVD player is easy to do with your favorite slideshow software. Create a slideshow CD from a collection of personal photos or design a professional presentation.

Instructions

1. Download and open your slideshow software. Anvsoft and IphotoDVD both offer software to create a CD slideshow.

2. Pick the pictures you want to display in your slideshow. Crop the pictures in the software so they appear in the size and view you want to display.

3. Customize the effects for the transition from one picture to the next. Type text with each picture if you choose.

4. Choose the order in which you want the photos to display.

5. Select an album theme for your CD. The theme will add frames or special touches around the pictures.

6. Add audio files to the slideshow software. Browse to where they are stored on your computer and upload to the software.

7. Preview your CD as you would see it in the DVD player so you can make modification to the views. When you are satisfied with the output, save your CD.
