How to Produce and Write Lyrics to Dance Music

3. Create lyrics that will appeal to the song's audience. You likely know the people who will be hearing the song. Think about what they typically want in a dance song.

This makes it possible to dance through the rest of the song. You can leave those rest spots blank to give the song variety or you can write lyrics during them so that the dancers can sing while pausing.
