Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Download Solid Print PDF software and open the Excel spreadsheet you wish to print.

  2. Step 2

Set the print area by clicking and dragging your mouse over the area you want to print.

  3. Step 3

Select "File" from the toolbar and choose "Print Area" from the drop-down options. Next, click on "Set Print Area." This sets the print area you highlighted for the printer so that it can pick up these settings.

  4. Step 4

Click "File" from the toolbar and select "Print Preview" from the drop-down options. View how the Excel file will print. Close the Print Preview option.

  5. Step 5

Scale your content to fit on the print page. Choose "File" and then "Page Setup." Select the "Fit To Page" option.

  6. Step 6

Choose "File" from the toolbar and select the "Print" option. Select "Solid Print PDF" as your printer and click "Print."

Tips & Warnings
  • Highlight the whole print area at once by clicking in the upper-left cell and then scrolling to the end of the area you want to print. Press "Shift" on your keyboard and click the cell in the lower-right corner of the print area you want set.
