How to Get Infinite Lugias in Pokémon FireRed

Lugia is a Psychic/Flying Pokémon found on the Eight Island. To reach this island, you need the Mystic Ticket from a Nintendo Special Event, and then you can use the Master Ball to capture this Pokémon. Youonly get one Lugia in Pokémon FireRed, but grab as many as you want if you use a code breaker.

Capture Lugia legally

1. Visit any Pokémon Mart in the game. Walk to the left hand side of the Mart and fill out the questionnaire by the store clerk. Choose "Link Together With All" for your answer. Save the game.
2. Restart the game and you will see a new section on the start screen, called the Mystery Gift Section. Visit Pokémon Center in New York, or any Pokémon Rocks America Store with your game to receive the Mystic Ticket.
3. Chat with a man standing by a harbor. He will see your ticket and transport you to the Eight Island.

Create Infinite Lugias with Code Breaker

4. Connect code breaker to a Game Boy portable console.
5. Enter "Wild Pokémon Modifying Codes" with 00F9 to select Lugia.
6. Battle Lugia, and let a Dark Pokémon be your team leader. Round out the rest of your team with Ice, Ghost, Electric or Rock Pokémon. Capture Lugia when his hit points near zero with a pokeball.
