Losing your cellular or cordless phone is a pain. You know you must have put it somewhere in the house, but your brain just isn't working when you need it most. Use the following suggestions to help you locate your lost phone.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Select the page option on your phone's base. Most cordless phones include a page setting. Once you hit the page, your phone starts beeping and can easily be located.
Step2
Call the phone with another line. If you have access to another phone line, use it to track down your missing phone. Simply dial your number and follow the ringing sound.
Step3
Use the Google call feature. If you use Google to search for local businesses, you can utilize their free calling feature. You type in the name of the business and then give them your number to call. Once Google connects to your phone, it will start ringing.
Step4
Download Skype to your computer. With Skype, you can place calls over the Internet. Use Skype to call your missing cell or cordless phone through your computer.

Tips & Warnings

  • Cancel your cell phone calling plan if you don't find it.
