Things You'll Need:
- Cream cheese with chives
- Milk
- Mixed grain sandwich bread
- Bacon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray the baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.

Butter each slice of bread and spread it with a thin layer of any mustard you like.

Trim the crust off the bread. Place a piece of ham on each slice of bread. Roll the bread up. Place the rolls in the baking dish.

Put the eggs in a medium mixing bowl and whisk them lightly. Add the sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture over the rolls. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top of the rolls.

Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven when the cheese is melted and the rolls are toasted. Let the rolls rest for 5 minutes after taking them from the oven.

Slice between the roll. Serve with a green salad.

Remove the broiler pan from the oven. Preheat the over to 350 degrees F.

Combine the cream cheese and milk to thin it. Spread both sides of each slice of bread with about 2 tsp. of the mixture.

Roll the bread. Wrap the roll with a piece of bacon.

Place the rolls on the broiler pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.

Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Freeze any leftovers up to 3 months.
