Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Stand with your feet at hip-distance apart. Make the "Rain" motion with your hand. To make the "Rain" motion, bend your arms and place your hands in front of your face as you randomly move your fingers up and down. Slowly lower your hands to your waist.

  2. Step 2

Push your hands out to the sides and perform the "Let it out" motion. Bounce on one foot while moving your hands.

  3. Step 3

Repeat Steps 1 and 2 four times. Move your hands out at the waist so that your elbow remains at your side while your palms face the front. Turn your hands to face your body and then bring your hands back in.

  4. Step 4

Shift your weight back and forth from one foot to the other while you lift your heels in an alternating fashion. Move your hands across your waist, out to the front and then move them to the back.

  5. Step 5

Add your own arm movements and moves to make it your own version of the Chicken Noodle Soup dance. Practice the dance until you can do it to the beat.
