Step1
Exercise regularly. Hot bodies aren't made by sitting on the couch and relaxing in front of the TV. Aim for cardiovascular workouts such as running each day to burn off fat and incorporate toning exercises for muscle strengthening and definition. Do crunches and oblique exercises to help trim your middle and get the flat stomach you've been longing for.
Step2
Follow a healthy diet plan. Add vegetables and fruits to each meal you consume and focus on the caloric and fat content of everything you eat. Drink water or light, flavored teas to help keep your body well-hydrated and keep your calorie intake low for maximum fat loss.
Step3
Take good care of your skin. Use exfoliating creams to remove the dead skin cells from your body and always remember to moisturize. Use self-tanning creams for a bronzed look without the harmful effects from tanning beds or the sun. Make waxing a regular part of your routine to help remove unwanted hair from your body.
Step4
Consider getting a little help from an outside source on physical problems you cannot fix with just diet, exercise and at-home beauty treatments. Laser treatments can remove unwanted hair permanently, smooth out stretch marks, erase spider veins and even out skin tone. Laser treatments aren't cheap but it may be money well spent if getting a hot body is your goal. Plastic surgery is a viable option for difficult tummy pooches or sagging breasts but also comes with a significant cost and recovery time. Decide in your mind what getting a hot body should truly entail and work toward that image.
