Whether you have an exam to study for on Friday, want to chat online, or hang out with friends, it is best to have a plan of action to keep you from falling asleep. Follow these steps to ensure that you organize your No-Sleep Thursday in a healthy way.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Call your friends and let them know about your No-Sleep Thursday. Make plans to either go to the town bars or meet up in your dorm room to study.

  2. Step 2

Organize your day so that you can sleep in on Thursday morning. If you have an early class, let your professor know that you will not be attending class. This will ensure that you are getting plenty of sleep for your No-Sleep Thursday.

  3. Step 3

Eat healthy foods and drink plenty of water during the day and evening hours of your No-Sleep Thursday. You may want to start drinking some coffee during the evening hours on Thursday to keep you wide awake.

  4. Step 4

Avoid drinking alcohol on your No-Sleep Thursday. If you are planning a party night, be sure that you don't drink heavily because this will make you tired which in turn would spoil your plans.

  5. Step 5

Plan a large dinner for you and all of your friends to begin your No-Sleep Thursday. This dinner will kick off your evening and get everyone involved really excited about staying up all night long.
