2. Head to the Apple Recycling website and follow the links provided to reach the iPod Recycling website.
3. Fill out the iPod recycling form with your address, the number of iPods you'll be recycling and the type of pre-printed label you want. Apple conveniently offers to provide the shipping materials as well as the packing label for free.
4. Wait for the pre-printed packing label to come in the mail.
5. Package up your iPod. You can use your own materials or Apple's, but make sure the parcel is secure. A good tape job and a bit of bubble wrap will protect your iPod from the rigors of the journey.
6. Take your iPod to the nearest US Post Office for shipping.
