From Quick Guide: Academy Awards 101
Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Position yourself in an upright standing position. Put your arms by your sides and ball your hands up into tight fists. Be sure to tighten the fist around the award so as not to drop it.

  2. Step 2

Throw your hands up in the air and bring them down in one swift movement. Continue to do this over and over, clenching the award that you have just received.

  3. Step 3

Stretch your arms out forward, punching the air like you are a boxer, all while moving your feet back and forth. Be careful not to drop your award during this motion.

  4. Step 4

Cross your arms over your chest and then flap your arms as if you were a chicken. While doing this your head should be bouncing up and down.

  5. Step 5

Jump in the air and continue moving the rest of your body as directed in Steps 1 through 4.
