How to Finger Bike
Even the most passionate biking enthusiasts sometimes get a lazy when it comes to strapping on a helmet and getting out the bike. Luckily, finger bikes, sometimes called tech bikes, offer a nice, miniature alternative to the real thing.

1
Buy a finger bike from Tech Bike, which is one of the leading producers of finger bikes. The most fun way to get a finger bike is to buy a frame that you like and then add on parts like wheels, grind spokes and even different suspension systems to make the bike your own.

2
Pinch the middle of the bike's frame between your forefinger and your thumb. Holding the bike this way, push it around wherever you want it to go, turning left and right so you get the feel for the Tech bike's action.

Do some tricks with your finger bike by starting out with something simple such as a manual or a bunny hop by bending your hand back at the wrist as you hold your Tech bike. Then, look for objects such as sinks or the edges of tables that you find around your house as ramps and grind rails.

Transition your basic forefinger-thumb grip on the bike to other holds by doing a wheelie on your front wheel by bending your wrist down (so your knuckles face the floor). Then use your thumb to push the bike frame so it rotates around the fork. Pass your forefinger over the frame, and then use your middle finger to complete the Tech bike's full rotation around the fork.

Attempt more difficult tricks such as a barspin by raising the front wheel into the air on a hop and then flicking the handlebars of the bike with your forefinger. Try to land the bike just as the handlebars return to a front facing position. Also, go for a finger barhop by moving all your fingers from the frame to the handlebars and back to the frame without crashing the bike.
