How to Get Into Great Wrestling Shape Both Physical and Mental

Wrestling is a sport that requires both physical and mental acuity. Regular exercise for the body should be accompanied by training for the mind. The holistic approach to athletic training is not new, yet is too often neglected by athletes and trainers alike.
