1. Decide what theme you want. You can choose from scary, funny or serious. Once you decide your theme you can look at specific costumes.

2. Create a teen witch costume by dressing up a traditional witch. You can make it stylish by shortening the skirt and adding tights in fashionable colors. Add a stylish wig and costume jewellery or go goth by adding black hair, nails and makeup. You can do a lot with a witch costume.

3. Make a vampire outfit for a teen boy. Put together black pants and a black shirt with a collar that goes straight up at the back. Add a black wig and white makeup with plenty of blood for a gory effect.
