Buy chrysanthemum tea. You can get it online or from natural food stores for around $5 for a box of 20 tea bags.

Use chrysanthemum as a topical solution. Get into a comfortable sitting position. Place warm flower heads or tea bags over your closed eyes.

Replace the flower heads or tea bags once they cool down with warm ones. Keep them on until the strain in your eyes disappears.

Steep a tea bag in hot water for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour drink into a mug or teacup. Drink 2 to 4 cups of chrysanthemum tea every day.
