With a few ingredients from your pantry, these cookies are SO easy to make. So if you need a dessert or snack in a hurry (like when one of your kids reminds you right before they go to school that they need something THAT DAY for the bake sale)...these are the cookies to make. And they are delicious. My kids and their friends request them all of the time!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 12 Oz Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 4 Cups Plain Corn Flakes
  1. Step 1

Mix sugar and Syrup. Heat on low heat until dissolved, stirring constantly.

  2. Step 2

Stir in Corn Flakes and Peanut Butter until well mixed.

  3. Step 3

Drop on cookie sheet, covered with waxed paper. Cool. And eat!

Tips & Warnings
  • Best to scoop out mixture onto waxed paper with a tablespoon.
  • They may be cooled on counter top, or refridgerator, but we prefer them on counter top as they get very hard when placed in refridgerator.
  • As an added treat, mini chocolate chips can be added.
  • Always have these simple ingredients on hand. These cookies take very little time to make and are always a big hit!
