Jessica Biel has a body that is envied by many. Her body first became news when she was training for the movie "Blade: Trinity" and has remained a hot topic ever since. She is in the magazines regularly, often doing a workout. If you want to train like Jessica Biel, here's how to do it.

      Get outdoors as much as possible. Walk your dog daily like Jessica does and spend time playing on the beach. She is often seen playing Frisbee with her dog, playing beach volleyball or other activities outside that are just as much fun as they are a workout. If you're not near a beach, get to the closest park.

      Warm up before every workout. To warm up like Jessica, include a walking lunge by standing with your feet together. Step out with your right foot then bend with your knee and dip down to be even with your knee, step together and repeat 10 times each leg.

      Lift weights several times a week to build and maintain good muscle tone like Jessica. Use lower weights, such as 5 or 10 lb. free weights and do more repetitions (about 3 sets of 15 reps). Focus on all major areas--core, upper body and lower body--in every strength-training session.

      Do ply metrics by jumping up and down in some moves. One such move is started by standing on the ground and jumping up on a flat surface such as a step. Jump back down and continue this action for about 20 repetitions.

      Include cardiovascular activity in every workout. Jessica often jogs and sprints, but as mentioned in Step 1, she does other outdoor activities such as soccer and volleyball. Get a variety by mixing it up frequently.
