Take care of your skin. Dita goes to great lengths to avoid the sun, which in turn keeps her skin clear and uniform. If you have naturally dark skin or just don't want to go as pale as Dita in terms of color, you can still achieve the same quality and glow--just wear SPF outdoors and remove your makeup every night.

Do low-impact exercises. Dita opts for pilates and yoga to tone her body and still maintain her sexy, shapely curves. She also swims in her outdoor pool seven times a week, but only after the sun goes down.

Wear shimmering body powder. Dita says, "I always use a pale, shimmering powder all over. It gives me a powdered and flawless foundation for face and body."

Adjust your eating regimen for special events. Days before a Dita Von Teese show, Dita implements a stricter diet and opts for lots of protein and steamed vegetables versus carbs.

Wear a corset. Dita has worn a corset for several years, which has tightened her waistline to 22 inches. With her corset on, Dita can lace her waist to an unbelievable 16 1/2 inches. Dita's official website has information on places to purchase her corsets.

Be open to plastic surgery. Dita had a breast augmentation at age 21 and has publicly stated that she won't rule out the possibility of more cosmetic surgery, which she calls a "dramatic form of make-up." Although she's vague about which type of surgery she'd consider, it wouldn't be a secret for long--Dita is adamant that stars should be more open about their nips and tucks.

Do your own cosmetics and hair. Dita ensures her makeup is just right by doing it herself, along with her naturally blond hair, which she dyes black at home.
