  1. Step 1

    Start by looking at the drastic weight loss of Nicole Richie. Notice the change in her body shape and general fitness level, and how at one point her weight became dangerously low and then bounced back to a healthier medium.

on 6/13/2009 I would expect more from a "health expert" not to encourage people to idealize someone like Nicole Richie who let herself get dangerously thin. I think you should promote weight loss for health reasons only.
