Step 1
Figure out if you have the right type of hair to copy Mischa's style. You'll either need long hair without much natural curl or you'll need to get extensions, which is what Mischa has.

Add volume to your hair with a volumizing shampoo and conditioner. Try Aussie Real Volume Shampoo and Conditioner. After your shower, dry damp your hair with a towel.

Work a mousse through your hair. If you're worried about keeping your hair full, use Frederic Fekkai Full Volume Mousse. Start at the roots and put in the mousse evenly to the ends. Finish drying your hair with a hairdryer.

Separate your hair into six to eight sections. Take a curling iron with a large barrel to each section of your hair. Keep each section heated for a few seconds in order to give your hair curls.

Step 5
Work your fingers through your hair after it's curled. Brushing your hair in this manner will loosen the curls into soft waves.

Step 6
Hold the waves by spraying a medium hold hairspray over your entire head of hair. Use Dove Extra Hold Hairspray or Paul Mitchell Worked Up Hairspray to finish your look.
