Okay, so this egg diet is supposed to work right? But does it? This article and my follow up articles will find out. I am overweight and this is day one of my egg diet. I guess I should call it the "extreme" egg diet because there are so many versions of the egg diet out there. I plan to only eat hard boiled eggs and drink either water or crystal light. I will be naming the rest of my articles "how to go on the egg diet 2, 3, 4, etc." I plan to update weekly, letting everyone know how I feel as well as the lost weight. I am going to walk daily but havent decided how much yet. Will update with that as well. I am going to start with one mile and slowly increase activity.

on 9/3/2008 I've taken the "Egg Diet" very serously; I'm developing my own programe centered on the research of Johanna Budwig (sulphurated protein & flax seed oil)...
...Budwig reccomends organic cottage cheese as the protein to use...I'm using free range feed chicken's eggs as my source of protein (they are an eccellant source of the omega 3's)...I place one egg in a coffee cup, add 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil (omega 3's), one tablespoon olive oil (omega 6's)...the egg yolk is an emulsifier of oil, the sulphurated protein converts the efa's into a water soluble substance that deliver's a host of negetive electron clouds into the cell membrane where it's action's create an enviornment that drives out excessive sugars (fermenting/lactic acid) drives in oxygen and stokes the metabolism to burn excess fat. I also incorporate negetive calories (takes more energy to convert the phyto chemicals into
