When you finger a girl, it can be very pleasurable (and orgasmic!) experience for her. But because of the repetitive motion while fingering, one problem you'll run into is possibly hurting your wrists. Pain in the hands, forearms and wrist can kill the mood! I'm going to show you a few ways to minimize any wrist strains and pains while fingering your girl:

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Just like exercise, what you want to do first is warm up. Some wrist stretches include forward and backwards wrist stretch. Don't forget to rotate your hands in circles too.

  2. Step 2

Next, you have to make sure your in the right "position" when you're fingering a girl. Whatever position you're in, make sure your wrists are not angled in a strange way.

  3. Step 3

If you're experiencing pain in your wrists from fingering a girl, try to use your arms rather than your wrists. To do this, your wrist remains still, but only your arm moves.

  4. Step 4

Combine fingering with oral sex. Doing this will allow you to rest your wrists, and at the same time, add variety to your foreplay session. She'll love this!

  5. Step 5

Use a variety of fingering techniques. Fingering a girl using one technique may develop carpal tunnel syndrome because of the repetitive movements. Your girl might also get bored too! So it's best to learn a variety of techniques so you can dazzle her by your finger expertise, and keep your wrists happy.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you want to use more techniques, be sure to take a look at the resources section.
  • Perform wrists and forearm strengthening exercises to keep them in "fingering" shape!

on 4/9/2008 Hmmmm- They delete the word "****" out of an otherwise G-rated article of mine but they allow this to go through...
Gotta hand it to you. On second thought, I'd better rephrase that...
