Things You'll Need:
- Nail Clippers
- Soap
- Water
- Lubrication

Step 1
Trim your nails with a nail clipper. If you have any dirt underneath your finger nails, clean those out too. You want to make sure that your nails are as short, smooth and clean as possible before you insert your fingers inside of her.

Step 2
Remove jagged edges from your freshly cut nails with a fine emery board. File from the sides to the center going in one direction only.

Step 3
Soften up your nails by soaking them in warm soapy water.

Step 4
Once you feel your finger nails are soft enough, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.

Step 5
Once you're ready for action, place some lubrication onto your fingers. If she is already wet enough from her vaginal fluids, you may need to use little or no lubrication at all.

is an emery board just a standard nail file? I'm using this metal 1 with my "Men's manicure kit" but my nails are still sharp unless i work them from the top & really thin them out. Then they look like I mangled them with my teeth. Is there a better way to file them smooth?

on 4/14/2008 funny!-well,at least it's safe sex if that's as far as it goes I guess... I agree, though- if someone has to be told to wash their hands they are probably not ready to engage in adult activities :)
