Step 1
Make a list of things about yourself that you don't like.

Step 2
With each issue, write down a few sentences about what you can do to fix that issue. For the things you cannot change, write the words FORGIVE next to it.

Step 3
Each day, review your PRIVATE list and make a concious effort to change the things you have the power to change. For the things you cannot change, do your best to accept them and move on. Its important to forgive yourself as well.
