How to clean a litter box

Keep your kitty's happy and your floors clean by removing waste from their litter box daily.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• slotted scoop
• extra litter
• soap
• water

1. Use slotted scoop to remove all solids from the litter box. Stir litter to make sure all solids and clumps have been removed.

2. Add fresh litter to the box to compensate for the litter you just removed. Stir to freshen litter box.

3. Once per month, completely empty litter box and scrub clean with soap and water. Rinse well and fill with fresh litter.

Tips & Warnings

• Use natural litters to reduce environmental impact.
• Pregnant women should not clean litter boxes.
