Procrastination is not a matter of "steps". Is a matter of choice, depending on our goal.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

We procrastinate because we have some goal to achieve. Fear of failure, avoid the responsibility, avoid the consequences of our choice, motivate others to act instead, let the time work for us... and so many other goals we invent not to do something.

  2. Step 2

So, next time you procrastinate, ask yourself what is the goal you need to achieve. Be conscious. That is the point. If you know why you procrastinate, it is ok. If you like to act but you don't, that is the problem. You don't know what is going with you.

  3. Step 3

Decide what your goal you want to be. If your goal is to act immediately, let it be. You will act at once, because your goals moves you. But if your goal is not to do something, then nobody can move you. Face the truth.
