If you hate to work out or exercise and you have an overweight problems or if it is a problems for you, the only fast way to lose your weight is having surgery to take out the excess fat of your body. But if you have no budget for that type of expensive operation ,you may as well consider the alternatives way to lose your weight. Exercise is not the only option to shape up your figure and stay fit though you need it to stay physically healthy and mentally strong. You can try to shape your figure by just drinking teas and many herbs available in your garden. So if you do not like losing weight by exercising at least you love to eat healthy diet sometimes. If you can eat more fruits and green vegetables most of the day in your meals then you will be in your way of fighting the fat in your belly. Playing online games and sports with your friends will be more interesting and fun to help you lose weight. You do not need to spend alone to lose weight instead make it more enjoyable with your buddies.
