If you're into health, fitness or bodybuilding you probably know that tuna is a very cheap and convenient way to get lots of protein to help you build muscle. The problem is, it doesn't taste too great on it's own. Here are some ways to make it a little better tasting. Hopefully you will find a few that you enjoy!

on 4/5/2008 LOL at your warning! I love tuna.. however I really do not eat enough of it. I only like it in sandwiches though, or as a spread on crackers. Add cheese, a touch of seasoning salt and some celery and/or onions or green onions along with some mayo and it is the best. I will have to try some of your ideas, though!
