How to stretch your back

Back ache? Have you been standing up all day long? Give this a try, and it should help to ease the pain in your back. It feels great! Give it a try daily.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • You

Step1
Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart, and bend over, letting your torso relax and hang there. Go slowly if you need to, and don't "bounce" your torso when you're hanging.
Step2
Slowly get up by pulling your back up one vertebrae at a time. Think of your bones stacking on top of each other until you finally get back up.
Step3
Do this multiple times and you should feel great.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you are really having severe back pain consult a chiropractor!
