How to End Frizzy Hair

Wash your hair less frequently to end frizz.

Straight or curly, frizz can make your hairstyle fizzle. Lack of moisture or too much handling upset the hair shaft and pattern. The result: Unsightly frizz. Gentle handling -- including shampooing less frequently to avoid dryness -- will help your keep your hair under control.

Things You'll Need

• a good condtioner

Instructions

1. Shampoo your hair to remove excessive dirt and oil.

2. Deep condition your hair to add moisture. Rinse with cold water to seal the hair shaft.

3. Pat your hair dry with a soft towel or an old T-shirt to avoid upsetting the hair shaft.

4. Use an anti-frizz serum on wet hair. Dry your hair using the lowest setting on your hair dryer. Do not touch your hair after styling.

5. Sleep on silk pillow cases, or wrap your hair in a silk scarf to lessen friction on your hair while you sleep.
