How to make pasta with mole

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• Penne Pasta
• Mole Sauce (you can buy at a local grocery store- it's a Mexican sweet and spicy sauce)

1. 1.Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook for 10 minutes
2. 2.In a small pan add a cup of water and a tablespoon of mole sauce.
3. 3.Cook on low until the mole is soft.
4. 5.Add pasta and mix.
