How to stay fit even if you don't have time to exercise!

Are you too busy in the day to exercise but want to stay healthy and fit? This article will show you tips and ideas for sneaking in exercise throughout your day.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Step1
If you are at a desk and computer for most of the day, make yourself stand up alot to type. This will get the circulation in your legs moving.
Step2
While standing and typing you can add on some exercises.
Step3
Squeeze your abdomen in and tighten your gluts (thighs and buttocks) You will burn calories as you do all three of these things together. Do it as often as you are able.
Step4
You can also do squats while typing. Don't do them too deep so that you are unable to type do them enough that you feel the burn.
Step5
When walking around your workplace continue to suck in your abdomen and tighten your gluts as you walk. You will burn many calories through the day. You can even speed walk your way around. This gets your heart pumping and flowing correctly.
Step6
If you are headed to the mall. Don't worry about looking for a close parking place. Parking further away from the building is a good way to get some walking exercise in. Maybe even a jog.
Step7
If you have a job where you are always on your feet, make it a point to sit when you can since your legs do need a rest. Those with more physical jobs already have the advantage of getting physical exercise in.

Tips & Warnings

  • Drink a lot of water throughout the day. This will reinforce your fitness goals.
  • Lack of physical exercise is not good for your body! Our bodies are like machines and have to be well maintained. Take good care of yourself, you are all you have.
