Vanilla wafers, Not just for Banana Pudding anymore.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1(12ounce)box vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1(7ounce)package flaked coconut
  • 1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
  1. Step 1

    Preheat Oven to 275 Degrees
    Grease tube pan

  2. Step 2

    1) Cream butter and sugar in large mixing bowl.


    2) Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.


    3) Add vanilla wafer crumbs and milk, mixing well.


    4) Stir in coconut and pecans.

  3. Step 3

    Pour mixture into well greased tube pan.

    Bake at 275°F for 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until done (check with toothpick to see if done)
