Ok, now first of all you have to do this when you are home alone for the day because you will look pretty silly. Get yourself some old postage stamps, not the self adhesive kind, but the lick and stick kind.

Now making sure your face is clean and dry moisten the back of a stamp and place next to each eye, where crows feet are or would be.

Now moisten 2 more and put them next to your mouth.
Step4
Moisten another and put it between your eyebrows.
Step5
Closely examining the face, place stamps in any other areas where you see small lines.
Step6
Now through out the day, pay close attention to what facial expressions you are making that pulls on the stamps. The ones that do are causing your wrinkles. Then you will become slightly more concious each time you make them until over time you train yourself to avoid wrinkles. Some may feel this is too much, or that it is impossible to remember to do, but I think botox and plastic surgery are too much! Plus, not that I am the most gorgeous woman on earth, but I have had many people tell me I appear MUCH younger then I am, and I have NO wrinkles yet. I repeat this about once a month so that I remind myself. Its easier then it sounds and really surprising to see just how many wrinkles you yourself are causing just by scrunching up your face when stressed etc.
