Things You'll Need:
- Whole wheat, soft tortilla shells (burrito size)
- low-fat ranch dressing
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- chopped vegetables such as carrots or broccoli (any vegetable that your child likes will work)

Step 1
Place the tortilla shell open on a microwave-safe plate.

Pour Ranch dressing on one side of the tortilla shell. Spread it evenly with a butter knife.

Sprinkle chopped vegetables onto the Ranch dressing. You can use any vegetables you want.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the vegetables and Ranch dressing.

Step 5
Fold the tortilla shell over the ingredients to make a pocket with the vegetables, dressing, and cheese inside.

Put in the microwave for one minute or until cheese is melted.

Cut into wedges and enjoy!
