When you go to the grocery store never go hungry make sure you've eaten before you go. Have a grocery list written out so you already know exactly what your to get.

Get some fruit for snacks instead of cookies, cakes, and pies. Buy them already cut so when you want a snack you can just pull them out. Eat more vegetables that healthier like cucumbers, lentil beans, and broccoli. You can give them flavor with seasoning so you'll actually want to eat them.

If you don't like to cook try different types of frozen dinners. Lean cuisen and healthy heart are great. If you think they taste bland put some of your own seasoning on them.
