Take out the paper plate, or I guess a regular plate would do as well...
Step2
Take a good, fresh banana, peel it and place it on the plate. Make sure all the bad spots on the banana are cut out with the butter knife, and all the sour stringy lines that run down the outside of the banana are cut off. I suggest using Chiquita bananas, but you can use your personal favorite, as long as it is not too green or too overripe.
Step3
Slice the banana into many coin-sized pieces using the butter knife, then mash each piece with a fork. Mash it into a gooey blob, then spread out into a circle on the plate.
Step4
Using a clean spoon or knife, scoop out approximately two spoonfuls or two times what you can get on a butter knife with a swipe of the knife and place into the center of the banana mash circle.
Step5
Bring the outsides of the banana mash circle onto the top of the peanut butter to completely cover the PB with banana mash. This will keep the PB from immediately gumming up the prongs of the fork.
Step6
Mash banana into the peanut butter thoroughly, then get the bread of your choice out.
Step7
Place enough PB/banana mixture onto the bread (I suggest white WonderBread) to cover half a piece of bread, then fold the other half over, and enjoy with a cold glass of milk.
Step8
Evaluate how it tastes and next time add more or less peanut butter to suit your taste...
