Step1
Make sure, that you develop good work ethic qualities as a leader. Learn from others who are moving there way up or have gone to the next level. Get to know all of the important people and treat them well with respect and use your work ethics.
Step2
Get a work calendar of all the events going on at work. Volunteer or assist in someway, where you can be helpful to your company, boss, and otthers.
Step3
Arrive early and stay late to show that you are dedicated to the company, and that you respect your manager and his objectives.
Step4
Be sure to remember birthdays and other important events. Reward your manager with a gift card, a card or something thoughtful to show how appreciative you are. This will also get you noticed.
Step5
Keep a positive and great attitude, because this will be the first thing they will notice about you. "Attitude makes a difference".
