How to Make a Healthy Shopping List

- Brown Rice
- Whole-Wheat Pasta
- Whole-Wheat Bread
- Whole-Wheat Pitas
- Peanuts
- Peanut Butter
- Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Avocados
- Chicken Breasts
- Tuna
- Salmon
- Turkey
- Lean Ground Beef
- Broccoli
- Cucumber
- Carrots
- Peas
- Bell Peppers
- Onions
- (Any vegetable you like)
- Apples
- Bananas
- Oranges
- (Any fruit you like)
- Fat-free Milk
- Fat-free Cottage Cheese
- Eggs

Eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese. All of these can be good for you in moderation (just like everything else!). Egg whites are a very cheap source of protein. The yolks do contain fat but it's good fat. Still, make sure you limit it to maybe 2 yolks a day. Make sure any yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream or anything like that is low-fat or fat-free and doesn't have added sugar.
Tips & Warnings
Just because the foods are healthy doesn't mean that you have to change your diet completely. You can take any food: spaghetti, stir-fry, pizza, and make a healthy version.
Try to drink lots of water. It'll help significantly in both weight loss and keeping your body healthy.
